Shipping of Products

All of Luxunari products are shipped in worldwide. Shipping costs are included in the cost of each adoption. You’ll receive an email notification once your products box has shipped! You are responsible for arranging for an individual to be present at the time of delivery and for the products to be properly received and secured.

We recommend that all items be secured immediately upon delivery. Any individual at the delivery address who accepts delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. Luxunari is not responsible should such an individual not be authorized to accept such delivery. You agree that your sole method of recourse for unauthorized delivery resides with the carrier of your order. Luxunari is not responsible should you enter any incorrect or inaccurate destination data in your order.

Ground shipping generally takes 5-10 working days for E.U. countries and 7-15 working days to non E.U countries, counting from the date of the email notification.

Import and Sales Tax

We are unable to estimate the taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be particular to the international destinations to which we ship products. Our prices do not include import duties and/or sales tax and it is the customer’s responsibility to meet these costs.
