Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Luxunari.


Returns (if applicable)

Due to the nature of Luxunari items (i.e. perishable products), we can’t expect returns for Luxunari products. In case our products arrive damaged or defected, you must contact us by email first and we will investigate each case separately.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order by contacting us via email or phone immediately and we only proceed with cancellation if the order is not dispatched.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Luxunari, please contact us, we would be interested to learn more details. After discussed your case and agree to action a refund, then your refund will be processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If we confirmed refund and you haven’t received a refund as advised, first check your bank account again.
Then give a call to your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund transaction is posted and appears on your bank account.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies in particularly if the purchase order is customized.  We prepare Luxunari packages in 2 up to 5 days depending on the order. For details about the preparation time, we will advise you by email after order placement.

Shipping

We ship Luxunari products worldwide. Depending on which country you live, the time it may take for Luxunari ordered product to reach you may vary. Please be informed all Luxunari orders are despatched within or upon the end of processing time. However on occasions, some orders may take longer to be sent, in such instances, we would inform you about delays by email or phone.

We use International First Class Package Postage with Tracking Number, with estimated delivery 5-10 working days to Europe & 7-17 to non-EU countries.
You can always check the current status of your order by checking your Tracking Number we provide after dispatching by email. Luxunari orders are not dispatched on Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or on Greek Bank Holidays.
The delivery schedules stated here are estimates and are for guidance only to allow time for any postal delays, we would suggest that if your order fails to arrive within 20 working days for EU orders and 30 working days for worldwide orders then to message us or post office directly.

Customs and import taxes

Luxunari product buyers are responsible for any customs, import or other taxes that may apply. We do not take responsibility for Luxunari orders delays due to customs.
